At NOIRELITH, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

We will gladly assist if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or if you received the wrong item.

To request support, please contact us at hello@noirelith.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging where applicable.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the approved return address will be provided only after your request has been reviewed.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
