Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your item. To start a return, email hello@noirelith.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Return instructions

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel can only be returned if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Returns are sent to China. Please contact us by email to confirm the return address and contact telephone number before sending a package. The return recipient is Mr. Liu (刘先生). We will provide the complete return instructions by email. Please do not use the address on the original shipping label as the return address.

Return shipping costs

For ordinary returns, including a change of mind, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to China. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please return items in their original condition with the original packaging where possible.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@noirelith.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging where available. We will cover the return shipping costs where a return is required for our error or a damaged or defective item, or arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before paying for return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm the refund outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for ordinary returns; this exclusion does not apply when the return results from our error or a damaged or defective item.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
