All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production partners. Each piece is created individually to reduce waste and support slower, more intentional production.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During holidays, product launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Shipping Times

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Made-to-Order Production

Because all items are produced on demand, we do not keep inventory in stock. This allows us to minimize overproduction and create each garment specifically for you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at your support email and we will do our best to assist you.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
