Shipping Policy

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States only. Orders are inspected and packed at our fulfillment location in Jiangsu, China, and shipped with YunExpress.

Shipping charges

Standard tracked shipping costs US$7.50 per order for products covered by our standard shipping service. The shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing includes sourcing, inspection, and packing. During holidays or high-demand periods, additional processing time may be required.

The carrier estimates transit to the United States at 6–12 days after dispatch. Transit time is separate from order processing time and is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped from China to the United States use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. We cover applicable import duties and import taxes; these are not payable by the customer on delivery. Applicable U.S. sales tax, where required, is calculated separately at checkout. If a carrier requests payment of import charges, please contact us at hello@noirelith.com for assistance.

Tracking

After dispatch, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need a correction, email us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Contact hello@noirelith.com if your shipment is delayed, lost, or shows a delivery problem so that we can investigate with the carrier.

Returns

Returns are sent to China. Please email hello@noirelith.com to confirm the return address and contact telephone number before sending an item. The return recipient is Mr. Liu (刘先生). See our Return & Refund Policy for the 7-day return request window and return shipping costs.
